Cancellation Policy (Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges)

(1) Cancellation for the customer's convenience

We do not accept cancellations at the customer's preference after an order has been confirmed.

(2) Returns and exchanges of products that are different from the ordered products or defective

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered or a defective item that is severely damaged, please contact the Company.

We will accept both exchanges and returns only if you contact us using the "Contact Form" within 8 days of delivery. In this case, if the product is replaced, we will pay the shipping costs and send it back to you as soon as possible. In the case of a return, the customer will receive a refund after confirming the returned product.

  • Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply
  • Merchandise that has been delivered for more than 9 days
  • Products that have been opened or used (except defective products)
  • Items for the customer's personal reasons (e.g., wrong order, item is not of the quality you had imagined, etc.)
  • For reasons of minor scratches or stains on the outer box or bottle
  • If the customer has returned or refunded our products within the past 6 months
  • Products that have been damaged or malfunctioned due to use for purposes other than the original intended use
  • Merchandise without a delivery note
  • Merchandise with no sales history from us
  • (e.g., merchandise that has been resold through auctions, flea market applications, etc.)
